Q. How much is shipping?

A. Free ground shipping through USPS Priority Mail is available for purchases within the continental United States.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

A. Vehicle Programmers utilizes USPS as its carrier. The method we prefer is Priority Mail, which means you'll often receive your package 1-3 days after shipping. At this time, this is the only shipping option we offer.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A. Yes, we have a minimum order of $20.

Q. Do you offer rush shipping?

A. We do ship USPS Priority Mail, which means you'll often receive your package 1-3 days after shipping. While our team at VehicleProgrammers.com is focused on quick order processing and shipping, we do not offer other expedited shipping options.

Q. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A. In our opinion, quick and accurate processing and shipping is the most important thing we do. Your order is often processed within 1-2 days of it being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship everything USPS Priority ( advertised as 1-3 day delivery) but shipping times can vary slightly. We always send an email with a tracking number, so you'll be able to track your package.

Please be advised that out of stock parts or special orders may take longer to process, but we will notify you ASAP if your part is out of stock.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. We are determined to process orders within 1-2 days after purchase on business days, so your order is processed fast. We have warehouses throughout the United States, so your part will ship from a location close to you. All orders ship through USPS Priority shipping, and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Once the package leaves the warehouse you will most likely receive your package within 1-3 days.  Of course, inclement weather or other incidents may delay delivery.

Q. Will you provide tracking information?

A. Once your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information. Most likely, you will receive this email just a couple of business days after purchase.

Q. If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

A. For security purposes, your card will be charged at time of checkout. That way, we don’t have to store any credit card information.

Q. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

A. As soon as possible. Someone from our Vehicle Programmers service team will notify you if a part you ordered is out of stock.

Q. Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

A. Our checkout system requires us to ship to the card’s billing address. We recognize there may sometimes be unique circumstances. Please contact us to discuss and be prepared to supply us with additional information and possible proof of identification.

Q. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

A. Sorry, not at this time. We currently ship everything for free via Priority USPS, so we only ship in the continental 48 states.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

A. Yes, we can, as we use USPS as our shipping provider.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Not at this time. Vehicle Programmers ships all items Priority USPS throughout the continental 48 states.

Q. Do you ship hazardous items?

A. No. At this time, we do not sell hazardous items.

Q. Do you ship oversized parts?

A. No, VehicleProgrammers.com does not sell oversized parts.

Q. What happens if you ship the wrong part?

A. We're sorry, and we'll get it corrected. If we sent the wrong part, we will email you an RMA number and postage-paid return label. Start here.

Q. What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

A. Please contact us immediately, take photos of the part, and keep the damaged box. We can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and get you a replacement part - [email protected]

Q. How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

A. Use our Year-Make-Model lookup tool to match tuners and other parts to your vehicle. Have questions? Contact us before you order. We’re happy to help you find the exact part you need.

Q. What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

A. We do accept like-new/saleable parts within 30 days of purchase. Be advised – some products are "Internet updateable," and many problems can often be handled over the phone with the manufacturer. If you really don't have the right part, please read our return instructions and request a return authorization number. If you have any specific fitment questions, please contact us before ordering. Our tuning specialists are here to help.

Q. What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

A. Our checkout system ships parts to the credit card billing address only, and we process orders very quickly. It is best to place the order once you have moved.

Q. What if I never receive an order?

A. We put a tracking number on everything we ship, and you should receive that email within just a couple of business days. If you suspect the package is lost, please contact the carrier. If you won’t be available at the delivery time, please leave instructions for the driver. VehicleProgrammers.com cannot be held responsible for delivered orders that were stolen.

Q. What happens if I refuse the shipment?

A. Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. Instead of refusing shipment, just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization. If you refuse a shipment, when the product is returned to our warehouse by our shipper service, your credit card will be issued a credit of 80% of your original purchase price. The same 20% restocking fee (minimum $20) applies and we may charge a return fee. Finally, if the shipment doesn't make it back to us, we may not be able to refund any money.
